As of today, Tuesday August 28th 2018, we are disabling our current Support Ticket system, in preparation for the release of our new Support Centre. Over the next couple of days, existing users accounts will be enabled on our new support platform and an email will be sent to users inviting you to join the new Support Centre.

You will need to accept the invitation and create a new password before you can gain access.
This is to protect your own data security, as we do not have access to your existing passwords.

Once your account is live, you will be able to access all existing support tickets, as well as creating new ones and being able to access the Knowledge Base area too.

 

Until accounts go live, you can still email us, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., with your support requests and we will log the tickets for you.
