New Support Features

As part of continued improvement into the support that we provide our customers, we are embarking on the release of a new feature on our website which will allow customers to view all of their products, in one central location.

The idea behind this is to provide some transparency in the data to allow you to easily see what equipment you hold across your business, the warranty and calibration status as well display the current status of any software support and GDP allocations.

Over the years, since equipment has been sold, it may have moved around, peripherals added, sites change etc, so we would like to ask if you would be willing to help us ensure the data we have is as accurate as possible.
We have created an online form and a downloadable spreadsheet for you to submit your data to us.  

Once the data is collected and records updated, we will be updating your user account so that this data maybe viewed by you, securely through our website.  This will assist us in our responses to support and upgrade enquires, but most importantly, allow you to check the warranty status of equipment, software support expiry or GDPs held on your equipment.

Further phases will see automated email notifications in advance of warranty, software support and calibration expiries as well as potential upgrade paths for equipment that may have become phased out.
