Please be advised that we are currently experiencing issues with the automated process of sending email notifications from online helpdesk.

Currently, no notifications are being sent when new tickets or ticket updates are made.
You can still create and respond to tickets online without issue.

This issue is being investigated and once it has been resolved, this message will be removed.
