The new site has been designed internally by our Web Support Team to provide information on all the products and services that we have to offer.
- Updated product pages with image galleries and video where available.
- Improved links to related products.
- New Customer Support area for visitors, which includes submissions for Device Support Requests and Support Tickets.
- Extended Support for registered customers which includes:
- Helpdesk to submit, view and manage any Support Tickets and DSR's that allows "Company" wide access.
- Mail notifications when out staff respond to a ticket or change the status of a DSR
- Additional support documents will be made available, that are not available to visitors.
The site has two primary aims.
- Provide visitors with improved information regarding the products we provide.
- Provide customers with improved support tools and communications for dealing with support issues.
