V-TEK Discontinued Product Support

Due to continued changes in product technology and support from V-TEKs supply chain, equipment which has been discontinued for more than 10 years will no longer be supported.

There are a number of factors which result in this decision the primary being that some parts simply are no longer available or replacement parts are not compatible with aging system components or software.

V-TEK can no longer offer parts, support or service on this type of equipment and this directly affects how Adaptsys can support these products too.  As a result, we will no longer be providing any support on the following pieces of legacy equipment.

  • PC2500
  • VersaCount
  • PT35
  • 3 in1 Taper
  • Compact Taper
  • TM20
  • TM220
  • TM30
  • TM300
  • TM4000
  • TM4400
  • TM8000

V-TEK and Adaptsys will also do our best to support other legacy equipment. 
However, this is dependent on the ability to source and integrate parts due the discontinuation of other key components in these systems. Please be aware that the following models are affected by limited support.

  • PC250
  • VersaCount II
  • TM330
  • TM4450
  • TM50 PnP
  • TM6000
  • TM6600
  • TM5100
